More on-farm fun awaits in October when Riverbend Farm opens their pumpkin patch for the season. Outdoor enthusiasts will want to check out segments of the Caroli na Thread Trail found throughout the town. The Riverbend Farm Trail is a natural surface trail that is ideal for hiking and running and also offers a canoe/kayak launch near the trailhead for access to the Rocky River Blueway . This launch is downriver from the Pharr Family Preserve Trail and canoe/kayak launch. For more outdoor excitement, head to Rob Wallace Park and explore all the park has to offer including a boardwalk and bike trails, fishing pond, disc golf course, playground and picnic areas, and more.
